- Seats are limited and on first come first serve basis. Early registration is encouraged.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry if payment is not received prior to the event.
- A written confirmation of successful registration will be sent to participants upon receipt of payment by electronic payment.
- No refund of tickets will be given for cancellation(s) of registration but substitution(s) will be accepted upon prior notice.
